Senior Data / ML Engineer
Coming soonAs Senior Data / ML Engineer, you'll build the AI engine of our procurement intelligence platform. You'll work directly with our CTO to develop ML models that analyze billions of procurement data points, identify savings opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. This position is at the core of our AI-first vision.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for spend analytics, supplier scoring, and demand forecasting
- Build data pipelines to process enterprise procurement data from ERP/S2P systems
- Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude) for automated RFP creation and contract analysis
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Build MLOps infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to integrate ML features into the platform
Your Profile
- 5+ years experience in data engineering and/or machine learning, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow, dbt)
- Knowledge of LLM integration (OpenAI API, Langchain, prompt engineering)
- Understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and ML best practices
- Bonus: Experience with procurement, supply chain, or financial analytics
- German min. B2, English min. C1

Senior Product Manager
Application process ongoingAs Senior Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product roadmap. Together with our CEO (Vision) and CTO (Technology), you'll transform ideas into features and real customer value. We explicitly see this role as a path to Head of Product within 18–22 months.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and translate our CEO's vision into clear steps
- Prioritize features and initiatives for enterprise customers
- Create product specifications, manage backlog, align stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth delivery
- Gather customer feedback, analyze usage data, and make product decisions
- Take ownership and grow into the Head of Product role mid-term
Your Profile
- 6+ years experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS / AI / data-driven platforms
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build, not just manage
- Hands-on mentality working with engineers and customers
- Experience in enterprise software or procurement environment is a plus, not a must
- German min. C1, English min. C1
